In this position, you'll focus on serving the needs of our customers while wearing several hats: receiving customer and prospect calls to provide information about our products and services; entering orders and inquiries received via phone, Web, mail, and e-mail; resolving customer problems; identifying selling opportunities; and promoting good customer relationships.
You should have top-notch verbal and written communication skills, solid data-entry capabilities with a high attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 32 or 40 hours a week, including an 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. schedule one day per week. Experience with order-entry systems and the ability to speak Spanish are pluses.
