LAUNCH & LEARN™ Terms and Conditions of Use

By using the LAUNCH & LEARN™ programming, documentation, and content contained on the compact disc prepared and owned by Channing Bete Company, Inc. ("CBC"), and provided to you (the "Licensed Work"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, do not use the Licensed Work.

CBC grants permission to you to use the Licensed Work solely for your personal use provided that you do not permanently install or copy any software from the enclosed CD on/to any computer or server (i.e., your right to use the supplied CD is limited to running the content contained on the CD directly from the CD itself).

You may not copy, print, modify, merge, compile, reverse compile, e-mail, distribute, place on a computer accessible by other computer(s) (including placing on a server, network, intranet or Internet), resell or otherwise transfer the Licensed Work. Title to the Licensed Work shall remain with CBC. CBC claims and reserves all rights and benefits afforded under federal and international copyright law in the Licensed Work. 

CBC makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Licensed Work and specifically disclaims other warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall CBC be liable for incidental, indirect, special, reliance, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, savings, or revenues of any kind, or for lost data or downtime, regardless of whether CBC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
