1. Orders under $3,000:
Continental U.S.:
Multiply "Order Total" x .09 ($9.95 minimum)
Non-continental U.S. (Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories):
Multiply "Order Total" x .15 ($11.95 minimum)
2. Orders $3,000 and over:
Shipping charges added to invoice
3. For all Canadian and international orders:
$11.95 handling fee, plus actual shipping and any additional taxes
