Q. How do quantity discounts apply to my order?
A. For products that qualify for quantity discounts, discounts apply to the total quantity of products ordered within a given price list. The more you order within a given price list, the lower your per-unit cost. Prices apply no matter how many different titles you combine within a price list. Q. What's your guarantee?
A. We're not satisfied unless you're delighted! If our materials are not everything you expect, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund.
Note: Some products, such as American Heart Association and Success in Stages® items, have different guarantees.
