Motivational kit gives smokers the nudge they need to kick the habit!

Most smokers know deep down that they should quit, but many are reluctant to take that important first step toward a smoke-free life.

Within a supportive group environment, this interactive program helps you dispel common myths and break down the barriers that prevent smokers from quitting. Engages participants in a variety of group activities and introspective exercises that will inspire them to live smoke-free.

The presentation will help smokers of all ages:

  • understand why they smoke
  • discover the health, social, and financial benefits of quitting
  • identify their personal reasons for quitting
  • learn how secondhand smoke affects their loved ones' health
  • identify their smoking triggers
  • learn about proven quit-smoking therapies, including nicotine replacement therapy and stress management
  • replace smoking with new, healthier behaviors
  • build a strong support system to help them stay smoke-free.

Package also includes 25 copies each of the full-color photographically illustrated booklets "Thinking About Quitting -- Getting Ready To Stop Smoking" (22245)A and "Ready To Quit -- Your Action Plan To Stop Smoking" (22181)A.
