Q. Where do you get the information for your publications?

A. We employ a full staff of researchers and writers. They access the University of Massachusetts library nearby, our own extensive library, and a variety of online resources. Prior to publication, all products are reviewed for accuracy by a network of recognized experts in specific fields.

Q. Are your publications free?

A. No. We are a for-profit corporation. We sell our materials to schools, public health organizations,
private health-care providers, community services and public safety organizations, and businesses.
They, in turn, distribute our materials for free to the people they serve. Please see Price Lists.

Q. Where are you located?

A. Our main facility is located in a state-of-the-art building in Western Massachusetts, near the Vermont and New Hampshire borders. We're two hours west of Boston and four hours from New York City. Please see Map .

A. "Channing" rhymes with "tanning"; "Bete" rhymes with "meet."
